Whenever I read about North Korea in the news, it was always about nuclear, South Korea, censors, sterile and sanctions just to name a few. My perception of North Korea was that their citizens were under some sort of strict no-nonsense behaviour.
Then I saw this clip on Youtube. A North Korean tour guide was telling an X-rated joke on a tourist bus and it was recorded by one of the tourists. I thought it was worthwhile to share the clip with you here. Now who says that North Koreans are boring and having no sense of humour? Not this guy.
