Lounge Review: Qantas (Domestic) Business Lounge Brisbane

Date:

Brisbane Airport or BNE as it is often affectionally called is the gateway to the Sunshine State. It is Australia’s third largest city and third busiest airport with (realistic) hopes of becoming Australia second busiest after Sydney since Brisbane airport has a better infrastructure than Melbourne’s – at least that’s what I think.

The Qantas (domestic) Business Lounge is now undergoing an extensive renovation programme and will soon become one of the best in the country rivaling the new concept domestic lounge in Perth on the opposite side of the continent.

The lounge is currently being renovated in stages. Here’s a walk through of what this soon-to-be-history lounge looks like… .

Once through the glass doors, the left leads to the main lounge (very large) area for Oneworld Sapphire members and Qantas Club members (Qantas’ paid lounge programme) whist the right will lead to the smaller Business Lounge meant only for business class passengers and Oneworld Emerald members.
